I'd prefer not to give my money to someone who hates me, and having a pride flag up would be a clear indicator that they didn't, and it would also make me feel a bit safer knowing that if the host did somehow figure out I'm queer and DID live nearby that they wouldn't harass me about it. I personally would appreciate it, even for a whole place.
